There are many online resources for writers. Here is a selection that you might find helpful:

Skeen Library at New Mexico Tech

Begin here for online research sources as well as CD-ROM databases and full-text databases of articles (must be a student of Tech to access some of these). The LIBROS catalog helps you search the collections of any New Mexico state university. There are also dictionaries and encyclopedias available online through this site.

The OWL (Online Writing Lab) at Purdue University

This is a great general writing center website with information on MLA and APA documentation plus grammar exercises on all sort of issues: punctuation, syntax, ESL, etc.
