Problem:
A user was trying to print an open office document from a program called kword on corvette. After trying all of the printing configurations on that program, none worked. When the he used a different program, there was no problem in printing.

I was able to print OK from kword on corvette.
In the print dialog box, choose PSPrinter and then on the
command line just below it where it asks for a print command,
enter lpr -P speare5", or what ever printer you want instead of
speare5. If this is what you already tried, it may be
the content of the document that kword didn't like.
