I have closed a number of accounts per user request that are from students who graduated.
I have already had phone calls about .forwards. If a user calls and is wanting now to put on a .forward on their account, you may have them come to the help desk, enable their account long enough for them to do that, then reclose their account when they have finished. If they are out of town, we do NOT provide this service. They had the option to do that before (accounts were closed following graduation) May 31st.
