Matt and I ran across a unique Windows 9x DUN problem.
If the user gets an "A device attached to the system is not
functioning." (or something like that) error, have them go to
Start -> Run and type in command. If it gives
an error, then one of two things is going on. Either
command is not in their path (in which case they've got bigger
problems than dialing up to the TCC) or they don't have DOS on the
machine (in which case they've got bigger problems than dialing up to
the TCC). Either way, this can be classified as a "not good
thing". Don't ask how long it took us to figure this out.
