This Customer Service Agreement spells out the services offered by the TCC to Auxiliary Services' computer operations for the machines in Fidel 130. It arose as a first step to removing the confusion which existed between TCC and Auxiliary Services in who was responsible for what regarding maintenance of the aforementioned computer resources.
