4.6 Specifics

Except where specifically stated otherwise, any problems reported between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday during normal semester work days will be addressed that same day. Problems reported outside of those hours will be addressed the next work day.

Except where specifically stated otherwise, the TCC is not responsible for software on non-TCC owned or managed systems.

Except where specifically stated otherwise, the TCC is not responsible for the configuration or maintenance of non-TCC systems (whether they follow TCC standards or not).

Except where specifically stated otherwise, the TCC is not responsible for correcting problems arising from the use of non-TCC systems or non-TCC based software (whether they follow TCC standards or not).
