Partnership Intermediaries Refer to 15 U.S.C. 3715; implemented by AF Instruction 61-301	Contracts or Memorandum of Understanding with agencies of state or local governments or other entities chartered and/or funded by state and local government. Entities serve as intermediaries in performing services for the lab that increase the likelihood of success in the conduct of cooperative or joint activities for the lab with small business firms or educational institutions/organizations.
