5.17. ibp-line-has-tail-p: Does this line have a tail?

A predicate used to test whether a ibp-line-object describes a line that has a tail. Only three line types don't have a tail: lost-band encounters, destroyed-band encounters, and non-transaction lines (such as page header lines).
