10.4. hist.cgi: Manifest constants

10.4.1. PDF_CHUNK_SIZE

When serving a PDF file, we read and write the file in chunks of this many bytes.

10.4.2. HTTP_PDF_HEADER

This HTTP header identifies the response as a PDF file.

10.4.3. FO_EXTENSION

File extension for XSL Formatting Objects.

10.4.4. PDF_EXTENSION

File extension for Adobe Page Description Format.

10.4.5. TEMP_DIR

Preferred place to put temporary files. They shouldn't need cleaning out if the script runs to completion.

10.4.6. XEPPER_PORT

TCP/IP port number of the xepper server that converts XSL-FO files to PDF format. (This server is experimental and undocumented.)
