The name of the region to which this static content will
be written; same as the

sox.Elt token representing that open element.
After calling this function, use
to generate the content of this header or footer enclosed in a
block element. Then call the
.end() method of the token.
Here are some suggestions for setting up header and footer content.

to fill any leftover area. Here is an example of a fixed
