A system for encoding bird field notes

This method returns a string of the form “yyyy-dd-mm: RR: locality”, where:

yyyy-dd-mm is the date.
RR is the region code, uppercased. (An argument might be made that this should be translated to the full state name.)
The locality name that encompasses all the day's records, that is, dayNotes.dayLoc.name.
