Turtle Bay, in a Russian Olive near Toki's Bridge.
Description: Very tame, observed for about four minutes at 7–10' range. Bill long, somewhat heavy, solid black. Upperparts: head greenish-yellow above, back yellow-green, wings gray, no wingbars. Only one scraggly rectrix. Underparts: face and ventral head and chest to belly bright yellow; belly and vent white.
