2008/09 Fall Workshop Registration Form

Join us at the 2008/09 Science Olympiad Fall Workshop, November 7-8, at New Mexico Tech, Socorro, NM.

There is a $25 fee per person for the workshop. Registration is not complete without payment.
Payment may be made with a School Purchase Order or Personal Check. Again, your registration will not be finalized until we receive payment.
If you are paying by school purchase order, please fax a copy of the PO to 575.835.5274. Please make sure to include your (participant) name on the PO.
Online Workshop Registrations which do not include a purchase order number will not be accepted.
Please make checks payable to: New Mexico Science Olympiad.
You should receive a confirmation letter approximately one week following your on-line registration. If you do not receive this letter, please call us at 575.835.5678 to confirm your registration.
