POP Mail Users
  We have updated our pop server to fix various bugs, however the pop message 
  ids have changed during this upgrade. Any messages still stored on the 
  server will show up as new messages to your pop client and will be 
  redownloaded.

DOWNTIME
  We are upgrading servers on Wednesday, March 12th at 10:00 am. We expect
  downtime of up to 1 hour.
