Dizzy is from a video game called Guilty Gear. The premise of the game is that an infinite energy source was found in the future. However a war broke out soon after in which bio-weapons, human's who were re-engineered, wagged a war with the rest of humanity. The human's one, but some of the gears lived on. Dizzy is the last created gear and the most powerful, but she is unable to control her abilities and simply wants to live a peaceful life. She is often referred to as the princess of the gears.
