Already have a FastLane account, but cannot remember your password? There are two ways to go about getting a new FastLane password:1. Call or email the Research Services Manager so that she can assign you a temporary FastLane password. Immediately after you log in with your temporary FastLane password, you will be prompted you to change your password as a security measure. After you complete the change, you should be able to proceed to all other FastLane functions. 2. You can reset your FastLane password yourself without having to go through the R&ED Office.
