Interlibrary Loan

Place a Request via ILLiad

The purpose of Interlibrary Loan is to assist in the research and information needs of Tech students, staff and faculty by obtaining materials which are not held at NMT Library. Interlibrary Loan service is usually free and is available to NMT students, staff and faculty with a vaild Tech ID and a current Library Patron Record. All students must update their Library Patron Record each semester.

Limitations:

Interlibrary Loan does not request materials that are held by the NMT Library. If the required material is checked out, you may place a "hold" at the Circulation Desk. The material will be recalled for you (all parties remain anonymous).

If you are unable to locate NMT Library materials ask for assistance at the Reference Desk or place a "search" at the Circulation Desk.

Interlibrary Loan cannot fill requests for textbooks required for current semester use. These materials are available through the NMT Bookstore.

ILLiad is here! One time registration. Request items 24 hrs a day from any place that has Internet access. Review the status of your requests. View checked out items, retrieve citations and tracking data.
