- Books (including government documents
and maps): There is no charge for overdue items.
- Regular Videos and DVDs: The
charge is $1 per item for each day overdue.
- Course Reserves: Items that check out for 2 or 4 hours
are fined $1.00 per hour overdue.
Items that check our for 12 hours are fined $1.00 per 12 hours overdue.
Items that check out for more that 12 hours are fined $1.00 per day overdue.
- Billing for Replacements: When
items become a month overdue (or two weeks overdue in the case of videos and
extended course reserves) the patron is billed the replacement cost of the
NMT students, faculty, and staff are billed
through their accounts at the Cashier's Office. Special Borrowers must pay their
fines at the circulation desk.
