Built by Stanford Research Systems, the RGA200 residual gas analyzer is designed to be attached to a high vacuum system (<1*10^-5torr) in order to measure the mass spectrum of the gas within that vacuum system. It is a quadripole-type RGA with 1-100AMU sensitivity.
