On some advice from a friend, I decided to buy some NyQuil(tm).

I have had trouble going to sleep and this friend said that this would do the trick. Sure enough. One full dose and about 30 minutes and I suddenly feel like it's 3am and I need someone to drive me home.

Had no trouble falling asleep, but waking up the next morning was a bit difficult.
