So, I think I may have already explained that George Lucas is a ratbastard. But here is another reason.

Me and several friends went to Albuquerque last saturday to celebrate Meghan's birthday and to see the trailer... I mean Harry Potter. I had already seen the teaser a week before, so when all the silly trailers for dumb kids movies went by, I was not nervous. The teaser was the very last thing before Monsters Inc, so I figured it would be the same for Harry Potter. But, much to my dismay, the trailers ended and Harry Potter began.

WTF? 8 bucks, 45 minutes in line, lots of dumb trailers and none of them for Star Wars! Fortunatly, Harry Potter didn't suck. I rather liked it.

So anyway. After the movie was over, me and Danny went to get our satisfaction, or at least find out why there was no trailer. Apparently, the theater received like nine copies of Harry Potter (I think they were showing it on that many screens at once) but only one copy of the trailer. So they were just rotating the trailer from screen to screen making it a crap-shoot weather you saw the trailer or not. Actually, with 8 to 1 odds, more like roulette.

So Geroge is a ratbastard for not sending enough trailers. I know, it _probably_ wasn't his fault/idea, but I still like blaming him anyways. I swear. This Star Wars stuff is like heroin. It's not that satisfying after 25 years, but you just can resist it either.
