Consider this the first "official" entry into my very own web diary. Like most people say, I am doing this mostly for myself. But lets be honest here. If it was just for me, I would keep it in my sock drawer where no one would ever see it.

I just made my first sopapilla with my new DeLonghi fryer. It's an amazing piece of modern deep-frying technology. Filters, sealed doors, drain spout; crazy. I think I had the temp a bit too low, the sopa didn't brown very well.

I also noticed that the UC machine at work was looking at my web cam. They found the gallery, *shudder*. Not sure what to think about that one.
