On-Campus Housing

Not many students prefer staying in on-campus housing facilities, as they are costly.



Off-Campus Housing

Generally most of the Indian students stay in off-campus apartments. There are good and affordable apartments available in the close vicinity of Tech. The average cost of the off campus housing comes out to be between 175$ and 225$ on share basis.

In general following kind of apartments are available:

1.0 Three bedroom apartments -- 450 - 600 USD
2.0 Two bedrooms apartments -- 350 - 450 USD
3.0 Single bedroom apartments -- 300 - 400 USD

*Generally 2-3 people take 2 bedroom apartment because it turn out to be cheaper.

Almost all the apartments have a refrigerator and a cooking range and are centrally air-conditioned and carpeted. Apartments also have laundary systems for washing and drying clothes.

Most of the apartments available are at a 10-20 minutes walking distance from Tech.
