1) Center For The Prevention of School Violence

The Center's Safe Schools Pyramid helps maintain a focus on the problem of school violence.  By focusing on the problem, the center is able to draw attention to the seriousness of school violence and act as a resource to turn to for information, program assistance, and research about school violence prevention. In addition, newsletters, research bulletins, research briefs and special feature  articles provide current information about center activities and school violence prevention.  Positive effects of proactive legislation on the reported firearm possession on school campuses.  There is also information on grants, and links to get grants.

This page offers detailed information on Federal and State Laws and Legislation along with research into gun violence.  There is a very nice collection of issue briefs including:

4) National School Safety and Security Services

This site offers professional services, school security assessments, crisis training, consulting, security product vendors, publications, articles and bibliographies:
