Guide for Incoming Graduate Students


Incoming Students should check the guide for new students located on the Graduate Office webpage.

The GSA provides Travel Reimbursement for incoming graduate students flying into the Albuquerque International Sunport. Print the form below and call to make reservations. When you have arrived in Socorro, bring a copy of the form to the GSA Appropriations Officer and fill out a reimbursement form.

Socorro Taxi Form (pdf)

GSA highly encourages incoming graduate students to book the taxi (Socorro Taxi / ABQ taxi) and then get reimbursed on arrival.

If any of the incoming students are picked up by their friends or contacts in Socorro, GSA cannot reimburse for their travel. Due to liability issues, GSA can only reimburse for student travel by a licensed carrier.
