Wushu and Kung Fu are traditional Chinese martial arts that have played a significant role in China's history for more than 2,500 years. Students will be instructed in both the Northern and Southern styles of Wushu. Northern Syles implement unparalleled grace and speed into techniques which range from close-quarters fighting to aerial acrobatics and have become quite popular with the emergence of films such as Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and Hero.
