Teacher Bio

Hello!

My name is Cynthia Connolly and I teach Physical Science at Socorro High School. I am a graduate of the University of New Mexico with a B.S. in Biology. I also have a degree in Basic Sciences and a 7-12 teaching certificate from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. I have taught a variety of different science subjects for the past three years including: Physical Science, Advanced Physical Science, Biology, C.P. Biology, and Chemistry. I also coach Science Olympiad and Science Fair.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy hiking with my husband, Talon and my dog, Tao. We also occasionally cave and rock climb. Here are some pictures, (there will be more later!)
