Registering For A Course

Admission

Unless you are already a student, you will have to be admitted as a special student to take courses.  If you have been enrolled as a special student before you can skip to the section on registering.  You can obtain the special student admission form from the Registrar's Office, or you can view it, fill it out, and then print it from your computer

If you are enrolling only in non-credit courses then the form goes to the registrar's office, otherwise you will need to take it by the admissions office first so that they can enter you into our computer system.

Getting Registered

To register you will need to know what course you want to take, and a registration form. 

See the full course schedule for a listing of Community College courses. Our courses begin with the following prefixes: ARAB, FA, PR and PORT.

Registration forms are available on the web, and at the registrar's office.  Instructions for filling out the form are printed on the form.  See the forms section below for information on the web form. 

Once you've filled out your registration form, bring it (and your special student admission form if applicable) to the registrar's office to get signed up for your classes.

Paying it all

Once you've registered, all that is left is to pay.  That information is available on the Costs and Paying page.

The cashiers office is open 8:05 AM - 11:55 AM, and 1:05 PM - 4:00 PM.
