Administrative Secretary II
I (Deb) am leaving the department effective July 13, 2012 after 5 years of service. I, along with my husband, will be moving to Miami Gardens, FL where I will work, once again, for Dr. Wim Steelant at St. Thomas University.
I have enjoyed this job, striving to create structure and organization into this department, assisting faculty and students to accomplish their ends and develop working relationships with other departments as needed. Hopefully I've left this position better than when I started. My hope is that whoever steps in to take my place, will be able to gracefully make the transition and proceed from there to enhancing the position further, and making it an even better place for all.
It's been wonderful to have the freedom to grow and operate mostly independently. I will miss all the faculty, students and colleagues from other departments. I thank you ALL for your patience and willingness that helped me enjoy time here and grow professionally. I wish you all the very best. Find me on Facebook.
