Oat Pecan Bread for Electric Bread Machine

This recipe is still under development. I am adapting it from the Oatmeal Bread recipe from the manual which came with my bread machine (Magic Chef).

3/4 cups water
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup oatmeal (not instant)
3 Tbsp. oat bran
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1/3 cup chopped pecans
2 tsp. active dry yeast

Put all ingredients in the bread machine in the order given. Bake on the basic setting.

This loaf weighs about one pound and is pretty firm. I'm still tinkering with the recipe to make it a little lighter and rise higher.
