Ginger Beef
- 4 lbs sirloin steak - thinly sliced
- Marinade:
- 4 Tbs bourbon (Chinese wine)
- 3/4 cup soy sauce (Sayu)
- 4 cloves crushed garlic
- 4 Tbs chopped ginger root
- 2 Tbs sugar
Marinade for 30 minutes. Brown meat in hot peanut oil.
(Best if you mix the marinade the night before you use it)
