The
New Mexico Tech Ballroom Dance Club.
Come join the fun every Thursday from 8:00-10:30 in the Student
Activities Center (SAC) for great dancing. You don't have to
be a member and you don't even have to know how to dance.
There are several people willing to teach if you are willing to
learn.
When you
come it will be like any other tech dance (except about 10 times
better) The Disco ball, strobe lights, and all the other fancy
lighting are used, and the music is played on the big sound
system.
Dancing styles-
You can dance what ever
style of dance you want to but we play music for swing, salsa,
hustle, reggae, rumba, waltz, two-step, and many more.
How to Join-
Join the NMT BDC mailing
list by going to lyris.nmt.edu
and enter the required information. If it is the beginning
of the semester we would love for you to come and sign up on our
club sheet. We will have them at our Thursday dance for a
few weeks at the beginning of each semester.
