	38-Operational Expenses of Extended Learning & Library Services;

	36-Performance Review & Accountability;

	34-Advanced Manufacturing Center @ NMSU;

	23-Clayton Livestock Research Center @ NMSU;

As stated in Mr. Abbey's memorandum dated January 5, 1998, analyses must
be completed within a 24-hour time period unless you have contacted your
analyst and agreed to an extension of that deadline with the analyst.
