1. Jessica Stringfield from the Society of Women Engineers has asked us to help sell food at the mudbug (Saturday March 31). If both SWE and our club have equal representation at the event we will split the profits. A sign up sheet was sent around and several people have volunteered.
2. The next ASM meeting in Albuquerque will be Friday April 20th.
3. Our club account is overdrawn and we need a fundraising committee to help with this. Ideas to raise money so far include: selling T-shirts, selling shape memory alloys, making shot glasses, volunteering at mud bog.
4. The week after graduation is the national science fair in ABQ. See Dr. B about volunteering at the Tech booth.
5. April 27th will be the Materials Department Party at the M mountain grill.
6. Officers will be elected at the next and last meeting, April 17th.
