How to get window back onto screen:

If you can click on the little icon in the upper-left corner
of the window, you get a menu to resize and move.
If not you can use the following keyboard commands:

  Alt+Space to get menu
  M for move
  N for minimize
  X for maximize
  R for restore
  S for size
  Alt+F4 to close
