And to add: the 'recipe' is a 320x400 bmp graphic in 256 colors.  Each
of the 320 across is duplicated on display to give 640x400 - allow for
this, eg make one of the large size then shrink without maintaining
aspect ratio.  Save as logo.bmp and rename
