Using SSH (Secure SHell)

Tech Computer Center logo

For security reasons, the TCC stopped supporting the telnet remote access protocol in March 2003.

You must now use ssh (Secure SHell) to connect to TCC systems. ssh is a secure replacement for telnet and is freely available for Windows, MacOs, and Unix users. Data handled through an ssh connection is encrypted for security.
