Tech Computer Center logo
Description An enumeration type to represent priorities for ticket work. Values are:
emergency So important you wouldn't even consider going to lunch.
critical The highest non-emergency priority, but you would go to lunch.
high Strongly needed.
medium Needed, but not urgently.
low Things that might be nice.
informational Describes information that might be useful in future problem-solving but does not require any action now.
