TCC analysis web: Software inventory system

The software inventory system is used to track what software packages and commands we have installed. (For an explanation of the notation, see `Recommended analysis methodology').

Entities in the software inventory system: The entity-relationship diagram.
BasePackage: Software packages (as opposed to specific versions of those packages)
OSFamily: Operating system family
OSPlatform: Valid combination of operating system and hardware platform.
PkgCategory: Categories of software packages
PkgVerOSPlat: One version of a package installed for a particular OS and hardware platform.
PkgVersion: One installed version of a software package.
Platform: One distinct hardware platform.
