WebStyler: The Plan object

The Plan object represents the Plan file. Methods:

• Plan_New() is the constructor. It reads the Plan file.
• Plan_Lookup_Short_Name() is used to find the Topic object corresponding to a given short reference.
• Plan_Lookup_Template() is used to find a Template object, either for the default template or for a given template file.
• Plan_N_Topics() returns the total number of topics contained in itself.
• Plan_Path_Map() returns the PathMap object associated with itself.
• Plan_Root() returns the Topic object representing the root (starting point or homepage) of the web.
