WebStyler: The PathMap object

The PathMap object represents the PathMap file. Methods:

• Path_Map_New() is the constructor. It scans the PathMap file.
• Path_Map_Root_URL() returns the root URL string from the first line of the file.
• Path_Map_Expand_Short_Name() translates a short name to an actual relative path.
