schedweb: Output files generated

When schedweb is run, these pages will be generated in the current working directory:

• File "infile.g", where infile is the name of the input file (see `schedweb: Command line options'), will be the index file, containing links to all the department pages.
• Files with names of the form "xxxx.g" will be generated for each department, where xxxx is the department code, blank-trimmed (cs.g). For department names with embedded blanks, the blank will be translated to an underbar (ch_e.g).
• File "Path" will contain an outline of the generated web, starting at level baselevel (which defaults to 1).
