schedweb: Command line options

To generate a schedule web, use this command:

    schedweb [option...] infile semestername

• infile is the name of the schedule input file
• semestername is a quoted string describing what semester is being represented

• -nL specifies the base outline level; see `schedweb: Integrating the output with larger webs'. The default value is "-n1".
• -ccatname, if given, specifies a webgen topic name for an online catalog to which our web is to be cross-linked. See `schedweb: Automatic catalog linking'.
