11.2. Viewing enrollment

To see which users (if any) are assigned to a given role, follow this procedure.

  1. Log in as admin or as a course instructor and click the Administration tab.

  2. Navigate to the learning context whose enrollment you want to check. Most often this will be a section. However, if you want to see which users are Course Instructors, navigate to the course level.

  3. Click the Enrollment tab. Enrollment tab. This brings up a page showing all the roles at that level, and the number of users who have each role.

  4. To see a list of the users enrolled for a particular role, click on the name of the role.
