Specify the document title, entirely in capital letters, with this command:
\title{YOUR TITLE HERE}
If the title does not fit entirely on one line,
you must use an inverted pyramid form, with each
line smaller than the previous line. Use a
\\ command to specify the position
of line breaks after each line except the last.
Here is an example:
