Printing: The place printouts are kept

If you have chosen a printer that is not self-service, or if you use a self-service printer and you don't pick up your printout right away, printouts are periodically collected by the user consultant. They are placed in the shelves under Speare's north stairwell. You will find your printout in the slot that is labeled with the first letter of the account name on the header page. For example, output for account jsmith would be in the J box.

If you can't find your printouts:

1. Check the printer you chose for your printouts.
2. Check with a user consultant.
