Deleting one instance of a repeating Ical event
|
|
Suppose you have a repeating event (such as a class) but one
specific occurrence has been cancelled. Follow this procedure
to remove only that one occurrence:
- Select the date you want to cancel.
- Select the appointment or notice by clicking on it with the
left mouse button. The event should then be highlighted.
- Pull down the ``Edit'' item on the menu bar and drag it
to the ``Cut'' choice.
- You will get a popup menu that says ``This item repeats.
Should all occurrences be changed?'' Click on ``Just this
one.''
