Tcl/Tk: a rapid prototyping system for X-Windows

Tcl and Tk are tools for rapid
prototyping of
X-Window system applications.
Tcl is a general-purpose programming language, especially
useful for systems tasks.
Tk is a set of functions for X-windows programming; it is
usually used with Tcl but can also be used from Perl and
other languages.
