Using ``Previous'' links in Web pages

We can't really depend on the browser's ``Back'' button to allow people to backtrack through a sequence of pages, because the reader might have jumped into the middle of the sequence.

Hence, if the page you are writing is the ``Next'' topic for some other page, provide a ``Previous'' link that points back there.
