xwp: Using tables, graphics, and charts

To create a table:

  1. From the menu select Layout->Tables->Create.
  2. Enter the number of columns and rows you desire.
  3. Click on the OK button.

To edit the structure of a table:

  1. Either position the mouse within the table or select a part of the table.
  2. Select from the menu Layout->Tables->Type of Edit.
  3. The type of edit available are: options, join, split, insert, delete, cell, column, row, lines, formula, calculate.
  4. Click on the OK button.

To insert a graphic or chart:

  1. Create a figure box by selecting from the menu Graphics->Figure->Create.
  2. A figure box window will appear.
  3. To retrieve a graphic or chart, click on the Retrieve button.
  4. To edit the graphic or chart, click on the Edit All button.
